Kuluva School of Nursing and Midwifery was started by Kuluva Church of Uganda Hospital a private not for profit organisation to address the challenge of insufficient human resource in the hospital so as to serve its mandate of providing quality health services and training based on Christian faith within the hospital and the country at large.
